The trade mark “Galca” is more than 80 years of high quality of Lviv coffee, the constant updating of the assortment of products made exclusively from natural raw materials without preservatives. Our coffee production meets all quality standards. We create unique bouquets of flavors and aromas, mixing coffee grains of the best varieties grown in distant exotic countries. The labor of our workers in combination with the capabilities of modern equipment makes it possible to bring all the wealth of each grain for our consumers.

At the enterprise successfully operate two world systems: quality management system ISO 9001 in which for two consecutive years is integrated the system of food safety ISO 22000. All stages of production are accompanied by accurate, systematic laboratory control, in accordance with established quality standards. Before they get to the production, all green coffee undergo accurate laboratory control which carefully checks qualitative indicators of coffee beans, and conducts a series of tastings to check flavor, organoleptic properties of each variety.

At the beginning of processing the green beans pass through the cleaning and roasting stages. Just then green beans obtain rich brown color, taste and aroma qualities that are so valued by coffee lovers around the world. After roasting, no less important stage is the mixing of grades, creating blends. Each of the joint venture “Galca Ltd” products is the result of long, hard work of factory professionals, engineers and tasters.

After blending coffee is ground freshly ground coffee is packed in airtight package. Due to high-quality package, since the production of coffee and by the time it gets to the consumer, coffee is completely protected from the harmful effects of the environment and retains its flavor and aroma.

The next stage of converting coffee beans is the manufacturing of instant coffee. In order to get it, freshly ground coffee is extracted in the extractors that work on a basis of large coffee-maker. The obtained extract is dried to powdery form. For getting agglomerated coffee the stages of extraction, concentration and drying are optimized so that the entire process runs smoothly, and gentle aromatic substances do not disappear. To improve the soluble properties and color, the finest coffee powder, dried by spraying, is moistened once more.
